Brandon and Soo’s wedding at Driftwood Estate Winery

Brandon and Soo got married at Driftwood Estate Winery on October 26, 2013.  They are so nice, and I had a fantastic time photographing their wedding celebration.  Driftwood is very easy on the eyes.  Right when you drive up the dirt road entrance, there is this awesome tree that is the perfect setting for some killer portrait-work.  The views of the valley from the ceremony site, the reception area, and the vineyards provide the perfect setting for an outdoor Texas wedding.   It is definitely one of the most picturesque venues around the Austin Area.  Bird Dog Wedding was in charge of the wedding day planning, and reception design.  They did an awesome job with everything!  Brandon and Soo did a first look, so we were able to take quite a few of their portraits before the wedding ceremony.  After the wedding was finished up, we were gifted with a great sunset that we definitely had to take advantage of.  During the reception, Soo’s mother made arrangements for some traditional Korean entertainment.  The Buchaechum is a traditional form of Korean dance also called a fan dance, usually performed by groups of female dancers. Many Koreans use this dance during  celebrations.  So, I do not know anything about Korean art or history, but the internet is a wonderful tool for blogging about unfamiliar information. 🙂  Anyways, take a look at this amazing wedding, and feel free to share the photos with everyone you know!
