Villa Antonia is known around Austin as having one of the most scenic locations in the biz. The building itself is beautiful (as you can see from the first few photos), and the inside is breathtaking. I love shooting out there not only for the obvious reasons, but because you have options. I could shoot 10 weddings over 10 weekends at VA, and get different results every time (in a good way). The architecture is truly the strong-suit of this location, and it really shows in my photos. If you are a scenery junky, then brace yourself, there is a lot to see. If you are having an outdoor wedding, or envision an indoor chapel setting, than this place can accommodate you, in style. Villa Antonia’s wedding page has several galleries showcasing the different areas on the property. You can view it here. Another really cool thing that Villa Antonia offers is their Twilight Concert Series. If you are into quality music, wine & snacks in a really intimate setting, then you should definitely check it out. It’s only $35 a show.
Here is a snippet taken from their glowing reviews page on Wedding Wire : Villa Antonia offers those celebrating a wedding one of the most beautiful and spiritual settings; the embodiment of all that is wondrous about Austin. A truly intimate experience that makes your day both unique and memorable.19,000 square feet of usable venue space: Including a chapel, ballroom, dressing suites (300 and 800 square feet, guys ad gals), terraces, courtyards, gardens, balconies, pond, waterfalls, fountains, and Hill Country views! Accommodating up to 300 guests. Rental includes tables and chairs, venue coordinator, security staff, and photo shoot/rehearsal time.
I could go on and on, but I think that the photos can give you the low down a little better than I can. Take a look at these featured images from one of Austin’s finest venues. Enjoy!
