I always feel honored when I am given the opportunity to photograph intimate events like this. Bobby and Evan have been married for several years, and decided to renew their vows as a married couple at The Plantation House, in Pflugerville, TX. Not only have they been married for a while, but they have a beautiful and large family! It always makes me smile when I know that there are couples out there that are truly life partners, and who share a love that does not dissolve over time. This is a clear example of the strength of that love. When I met Bobby and Evan about a year ago for their consultation, I immediately liked them. They are genuine people, who are naturally personable. I knew that I was going to have a wonderful time photographing their big day. I arrived at the Plantation House on the afternoon of their celebration and was ready for the days events. The lighting was great, and all of the family photos and portraits turned out wonderful. The Plantation House is a super gorgeous venue, that is always so busy! It is very evident when you walk on the property that they work very hard to keep the venue looking so nice. I have shot several weddings out there over the last few years, and I feel like the grounds just get more and more attractive over time. I would like to thank Tanner King (one of the owners) for helping me with the flash composite images below. He helped out with the lighting, and we got some really unique sunset images that can only be executed with an assistant. Good work, sir!
