Alison and Erik got married on May 10, 2014 at The Barton Creek Resort, in Austin, TX. Everything about this day was great. The ceremony was beautiful, and the reception turned out stunning! I would like to give a shout out to The Fairy Godmothers for doing such a wonderful job coordinating and keeping everyone on track. The day went so smooth! For those of you who have not been to Barton Creek, it is a must see. The grounds are beautiful, and it has one of the best golf courses in Austin. When I arrived on site, I met with Alison in the suite where she and her ladies were getting ready. I got some great photos of her dress, and then some one of a kind shots of her and her bridesmaids. The first photo of Alison with her ladies is a two image flash composite. My assistant Jason Hernandez helped me out tremendously over the course of the day with all of the flash composite work. There are a total of 4 composites featured in this post. We are very pleased with the outcome of these conceptualized images, and I am excited for Alison & Erik to see all of them taken throughout the afternoon. The photos of the guys were shot completely different. I used all natural light, and was going for a totally different look. I think that the contrast in styles makes the images look great side by side! The full bridal party photos taken on the fairway turned out so, so nice!!! It was the perfect location for those fun group photos.
