Tanya and Michael got married on November 5, 2016 at Saint Joseph Honey Creek Church and the reception followed at the one and only Lost Mission in Spring Branch, TX. I have been shooting out at Lost Mission a lot over the last couple years. It is easily one of my favorite venues around. Lost Mission is such a grand venue, it is hard to really show its magnificence, but the photos do a pretty good job :). I arrived about 3 hours beforehand to get some detail shots and getting ready photos of the ladies. After the pre wedding shots, I took the guys out for some group photos prior to the ceremony. The wedding ceremony was gorgeous. Tanya and Michael had a full Mass, and the photos turned out great. The lighting was really nice in the church, and there was a lot of room to move around. After the wedding I shot all family, wedding party photos, and got some great portraits of Tanya and Michael back at Lost Mission. The lighting was incredible for their post wedding portrait session. The first image in the series is a dual image flash composite taken in front of the chapel. The goal with this image was to have even exposures in both the background and the shot illuminating Tanya and Michael. The dramatic lighting really makes the photo pop! The reception was a ton of fun, and was full of great full of moments. There was no shortage of dancing, and everyone had a blast. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did shooting them. Feel free to share them with your friends and family. Congrats to Tanya & Michael!!
