The scenery includes spectacular lake views, manicured gardens and dramatic architecture by renowned architect, Sinclair Black. Our beautiful hill side setting is just 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Together we will help you create an experience that will delight you and your guests. Vintage Villas Hotel & Events performs weddings every month of the year. Due to the warm Central Texas climate and relatively few cold days, most of our wedding ceremonies take place on the lush lawns with sunset view over Lake Travis. Both indoor and outdoor locations are available for the occasional ceremony change to plan “B” when mother nature isn’t at her best. With beautiful accommodations for any size wedding, Vintage Villas offers you several options. Natural light, lake views and neutral tones craft the environment for all of our event areas. White padded chairs, starched linens and elegant bride and groom changing rooms are provided for your special wedding day. Each event area is private and secluded to allow family and friends to gather in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor event areas, arbor courtyard, and gazebo gardens have the vast lake and hill country views with attractive “Plan B” options for uncooperative weather. The event center houses two large event rooms called the Sunset and Lakeview Rooms. They are joined by a wide glass walled foyer with two built in bars. The architecture combines rough cut lime stone, black stained and polish floors with tall exposed wood beam ceilings. The Travis Room is one large 2000 square foot room with a second floor view and a first floor entrance. Amenities such as the built in bar, private balcony and wood floors are often first overlooked due to the 30’ long by 8’ high window wall with an exceptional view of Lake Travis. The Colorado Room is a located on the lake side of our South Texas Villas. This room features three sides of full length windows, a private balcony with plush seating and an adjoining dining area that expands the Colorado room to double its size. A perfect location for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners and brunches.
