Carli & Javier had their Horseshoe Bay Resort Wedding on April 27, 2018. This was such a fun celebration to be a part of. Carli & Javier made sure to make their wedding a blast from start to finish. I have to give a shout out to the wedding party for bringing the party and being one of the most fun and energetic groups that I have head the pleasure of photographing. This resort is truly spectacular. Every time I shoot out there I walk away with something new and awesome. The waterfront reception provides an amazing backdrop for the party and gave me a ton to work with when it came to the wedding day portraits. I actually shot a wedding at HSBR a week after Carli & Javier’s big day, so make sure and circle back to check it out! I arrived a couple hours early for some getting ready shots of everyone and for Carli & Javier’s first look. The waterfall was the perfect location for the first look. The setting and wildlife made it a no brainer when figuring out this part of the day. After we wrapped up those images, we shot all bridal party and family photos. The wedding ceremony was awesome to say the least. They incorporated a gong into their ceremony. Do I need to say any more? Spirits we off the charts high, and I was loving every moment. Carli & Javier’s wedding reception was next level fun. There was live music, a ton of dancing, and a short portrait session squeezed in there somewhere. Time flew by super fast at this one.
